Managing Director Bio:
A seasoned business and operations management professional, Beck Pierce has ten years management experience in service, sales and operations environments within highly complex industries. Prior to founding 3 Bags Full Consulting, Beck held senior management roles within the Utilities, Insurance and Technology industries. As Customer Service and Strategy Manager for Simply Energy, Beck headed up multimillion dollar outsourced contact centre and operations departments both on and off shore. Prior to her role with Simply Energy, Beck was the Business Manager for a B2B green-field commercial technology division driving a new business strategy on behalf of a large Retail organisation. She also managed an outsourced insurance fulfilment organisation, held a national contact centre management role with an in-house facilities management company and led an outsourced utilities call centre operations delivering competitive solutions to a complex client base.
